In consideration of the photography services provided by Toros Photography and holding
calendar space, the client agrees to pay a $50 booking fee to secure a date.
Payments can be made by e-transfer or cash.
The cost of your session includes a consultation.

Toros Photography reserves the right to artistically interpret each photo.
The images presented to the client in their online preview gallery are the only images available.
Please note all our photos are post processed to represent the true likeliness of the client.
One round of post editing is included with all my work.
Any requests after the initial request are subject to my photoshop rates $50/15mins of work.

Studio Client Process
(PLEASE READ)
Phase 1
All my studio sessions are shot as a "full session" whether you'd like just one photo or the entire gallery.
Meaning the more we shoot, the more selections you will have in your preview gallery.
Time is generally capped up to one hour, however if multiple outfit changes are requested, the session may go beyond the hour.
(please disposition the number of outfit changes on the calendar when booking)
My calendar is set whereas not another booking is booked after your session.
My time is fully dedicated to you and/or your family.
I am here to work with/for you!
Phase 2
Once the session is over an online preview gallery will be posted within 3-5 business days for Portraiture clients.
Headshots clients can choose their favourites in-studio on the day of the shoot or request a gallery, completely optional.
Once the online gallery is made available, you will have two weeks to make your selections on the photos you'd like retouched.
(A gallery reloading fee of $50 applies if access is requested beyond the above allotted time please).
An email outlining the selections process will be sent at the same time when the gallery is available.
Phase 3
After you've finalized your selection process from the gallery, an email must be sent/replied to tom@torosphotography confirming that your selections are completed.
After I receive an email of confirmation that your selections are in and final, I will at this point confirm with you the photos you've selected.
(Kindly note that when favourites are selected in the gallery I am notified, however if no email is sent confirming your selections within 7-10 days, the gallery is removed, and a gallery reloading fee of $50 applies)
Should you like any printed goods after the retouching is completed, please also inform me at this point, so I may include those items on your invoice.
Once we have confirmed the printed goods selections the invoice is then finalized and must be paid before the images are retouched and delivered.
Please note that Portraiture retouching may take up to 3 weeks of processing.
Headshot clients will receive their retouched photo(s) within 24 hrs.
Phase 4
Once the editing process is finished, a confirmation email will be sent to the client.
Best practice is for me to deliver all images via a download link, however upon request I am more than happy to provide you with a USB complimentary.
At this point we can still add-on prints/products. However a new invoice would be created.
(Kindly please confirm printed goods if possible during Phase 3).
If you're still unsure if you'd like printed goods after the images have been delivered, you're always welcome to follow up with me anytime in the future.
One round of retouching updates will be honored complimentary. (If needed).
(Accepting only one email with all updates).
After the complimentary update my photoshop rate is $50/15 mins.
Late policy
If the client is going to be late for their session, Toros Photography needs to be contacted immediately @ 519-635-8488 ph/sms or email: tom@torosphotography.com
If the client is more than 15 minutes late for their confirmed booking and I am not contacted at all, the session is automatically cancelled, and a new booking needs to be made.
Original Booking Fee Deposit is also forfeited, and a new e-transfer is required for the new booking.
Cancellation
In the event of an illness, five days notice is required to reschedule.
You will be issued a credittowards a rescheduled date.
Only two rescheduled dates allowed per session.
Toros Photography maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, or emergency.
If notice is not provided, the booking fee is forfeited.
If the client chooses to cancel without rescheduling, a refund will not be issued.
“No show” clients will also forfeit their booking fee.
*Print Release
This release gives Toros Photography's clients the rights to reproduce and print high resolution images for personal use.
Images may not be used for commercial or editorial purposes without written consent from Toros Photography.
According to Canadian Copyright Law, Toros Photography retains the copyright to all images.
Images provided to you are licensed to you for personal use only, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing and web publishing. This license does not include use that results financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits or resale of any nature. You may not under any circumstances alter or edit images, which includes but is not limited to photo editing apps and filters.
Please download and back up all digital images.
Toros Photography is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond my control.
Toros Photography retains the copyrights to all images and as such can/may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.) at my discretion.
When printing your images - please use quality printing labs - ensure to click the colour correction button OFF. Toros Photography is not responsible for faulty prints from other print labs.
All my work is printed with Kitchener Foto Source.
