In consideration of the photography services provided by Toros Photography and holding

calendar space, the client agrees to pay a $50 booking fee to secure a date. The remaining

balance is due prior to or on the day of the session. Payments can be made by e-transfer or cash.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Price at time of booking will be honored.

The cost of your session includes a consultation either online or by phone as well as time on set.

Our sessions start at $150.

Toros Photography reserves the right to artistically interpret each photo.

The images presented to the client in their online preview gallery are the only images available.

raw or unedited images will not be provided.

Cancellation

In the event of an illness, five days notice is required to reschedule. You will be issued a credit

towards a rescheduled date. Only two rescheduled dates allowed per session. Toros Photography

maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, or emergency.

Request to reschedule is granted only at the photographer’s discretion.

If notice is not provided, the booking fee is forfeited.

If a client chooses to cancel without rescheduling, a refund will NOT be issued.

“No show” clients will also forfeit their booking fee.

 

Late policy

If the client is going to be late for their session, Toros Photography needs to be contacted

immediately. It is at the photographer’s discretion to cancel the client’s session if the client is

late. If the photographer chooses to cancel the session, the client’s booking fee will not be

refunded. The client will be given the option of re-booking their session at full cost if they

choose.

TRAVEL

Toros Photography is situated in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.  

We are able to travel to your local city at a rate of $0.25/km within Ontario, Canada.

(charge applies to and from the destination; Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge is waived).  

Should overnight accommodations be required within Ontario, Canada, due to a multiple day shoot/event the client agrees to cover this cost respectively. 

Toros Photography is able to travel outside of Ontario, Canada, however the client agrees to cover the full cost of travel and accommodations.

A notification period of 30 days is required when traveling outside of Ontario, Canada.

Digital Files are delivered via email within 7 business days after the event.

Custom Prints are available.

Prints may be picked up in Kitchener at no charge during our business hours

(Mon-Fri: 10am to 4pm)  

Deliveries are done personally at our travel rate of $0.25/km outside of Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge. 

(From our studio to your destination only and within 150kms.  Any deliveries outside of 150kms is fulfilled via courier at their rates)

Minimum 10 photos must be selected from the same event.

(300 dpi, jpg, Size is Customizable)

Follows the same pricing structure as the Digital Files above with an added 25% Discount.

ie. ($65 + $10 + $10 + $10 + $10 + $10 + $10 + $10 = $135 - 33.75 (25% off) = $101.25

Galleries are posted within two weeks from the event date.

Client chooses which photos they're interested in and sends an email direct to: torosphotography@gmail.com with the number that corresponds to the photos in the gallery/galleries.

Event Galleries

We love to showcase our work from all the events we attend.  As such a full gallery is posted within three weeks after the event where clients may still follow up to make a purchase.

Please note all galleries have an expiry date so don't miss out!
